The
Grand Strand Amateur Radio Club
is seeking members interested in
the possibility of assisting
local schools with a radio
contact with the International
Space Station or the United
States Space Shuttle. Our project
is open to all who have something
to contribute. |
Our
Goals
 |
Supplement
the education experience in
interested schools with amateur
radio |
 |
Put
together a packet of information
for use as a "template"
for future school contact |
 |
Promote
amateur radio in the schools, by
use of demonstrations |
 |
Further
the technical ability,
specifically space
communications, of those
interested in the committee |
| |
| If you
have equipment, expertise, or
time to invest please contact us
