All candidates
MUST bring the following:
- Original
AND photocopies of CSCE's and
operating license
- Valid
photo ID and copy- The league is
requiring that children without a
Photo ID - such as a school ID
card - will have to bring two
types of ID (for example, a birth
certificate and a social security card.)
- Testing fee is $15.00,
please bring exact cash amount.
